This teach in explains how Kensington became the largest open air drug market on the east coast, the policies which punish addiction, and the harm reduction theory and practice that can be used to make the neighborhood and the people, safer. This teach in fights nihilism by introducing concrete actions listeners can take, and doubles as a fundraiser for the harm reduction organization The Everywhere Project.
